Compact Dispense Line

The Compact Dispense Line (CDL) is a compact dispensing system for the accurate dispensing of a large number of components. This system is operated manually, but can also be upgraded to operate automatically.

Under the valves is a track with a scale trolley, on which an electronic digital weighing scale is placed. The trolley can be moved manually across the track.

Opening a dispense valve is done by a lever which is placed on the valve.

The lever makes it possible to adjust the flow from full flow to very fine flow in a very accurate way, using the large outlet for the full flow and the small outlet for the fine flow.
